The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are very spacious and clean, but unfortunately, the lack of full-time housekeepers leads to some cleanliness issues and a moldy smell. The service is top-notch, with super friendly staff willing to help, even ensuring a clean room as reserved. The location is great for dining options and safety, although it lacks scenic views but is quieter away from the freeway. The dining experience is satisfactory with a well-kept breakfast buffet. Overall, a decent stay given the value for money.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were large and comfortable, perfect for an individual, but they smelled a bit musky. The service, however, was exceptional, with professional staff who were sensitive to our needs. The location was convenient, close to everything we needed, and easily accessible to major highways. The dining experience was above expectations, although there were some issues with unruly children. Overall, a decent stay with some hiccups.

The hotel was extremely clean and stocked with the necessities, which added to my comfort and ability to relax after business hours. The new window shades were a nice touch, much better than drapes. However, the location seemed a bit dirty, which affected the overall impression. The proximity to Kings Island was a definite plus.
